If you did not clean your house before inviting friends round they would notice. If you worked all day on it, to get it sparkling, they probably wouldn't. One of the best compliments for any work done is that one did what was expected with the minimum fuss. In this negative time of trauma and sense of failure you just want things to go away. Trusting your advisor to take that worry off your shoulders efficiently is a great positive feeling. Andy Davie and Liz at Liberta helped that process.

I telephoned Andy several times to discuss the best way forward for me and when all the paperwork was sent to the IP I still spoke to Andy whenever I had any concerns. First, let me say I found Andy to be knowledgable, understanding and sympathetic to my predicament, which is always appreciated when you find yourself in need of help. Entering into an IVA was never going to be an easy decision for me, but Andy, and later Liz, fully explained all the options and gave sound and sensible advise on these before allowing me to make my choice from those available. I never felt coerced or steered into making a decision I was not entirely comfortable with. Eventually opting for an IVA, this has been the best decision I could have made. The calls have stopped and I can get on with life again and look forward to being debt, and hassle, free. Many thanks Andy and team, I would strongly recommend you in the future

Me and my husband have a deptof over 50k. Andy contacted me very quickly. Andys honesty and advice made my concerns about the way forward for me to make myself debt free was based on his honesty and true spirit of wanting to help people. He gave me the information we needed and told me that in my case the plans I had already made were the best for me. He could have sold me another service very easiliy as some firms on the intranet have but his honesty in intergerity made him do otherwise. I feel he is a huge asset and I would recommend him and his advice to others and this is what I intend doing. And andy all your staff is the best well trained

Since our online Chat late yesterday afternoon, Andy has provided a a service above and beyond any I could have dreamt of. In less than a day I have made my first payment off my DMP, spoken to some of my creditors (who have now promised to stop calling!), and been calmed over 'scare tactics': "we're sending our agents to your home!"

Andy replied back to me within half an hour of me sending him an email. I am in the process of being made redundant and have an IVA and as you can probably imagine I have very many concerns one of which related to the options available to me regarding my IVA. Andy's response was both informative and supportive and most of all quick !!
