Prior to working with Vincent Bond Jessica developed her customer service skills in the retail industry working in team handling all areas of the customer experience. At Vincent Bond Jessica works in the Customer Care Team handling daily enquiries from creditors, negotiating the freezing of interest and charges and making payments to creditors. She has built good relationships with clients responding quickly to their concerns and providing reassurance to those who find their situation very stressful.

Personal Statement:

“Debt is a growing problem in the UK and many people are just not aware of how to deal with it. I now understand the effect that debt can have on people lives in terms of stress, relationship breakdown or even the loss of a family home, so it is important to spot the warning signs and take control as quickly as possible. There is a lot of help available for those in debt and I would always suggest speaking to a few companies before you make a final decision. You understand your choices and are comfortable with who you choose to handle your finances.”
