Julia holds a diploma and an advanced diploma in Customer Service from West London College. Her broad training and dedication has rewarded her with “Best Newcomer Award” ,“Best Customer Service Trainer of the Year” and “Top Training Consultant of the Year” (two years in a row). Julia has experience with training and developing new debt consultants and ensuring a swift response to any customer problems.

Julia is a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and also a certified Thought Field Therapist. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys helping people emotionally as well as helping them get their finances back on track.

I would like to say that since my IVA was accepted back on the 1st September 2009, I feel that my life is totally back on track. I all started on a bank holiday and I rang Vincent Bond and was startled that Julia was working and answerin calls. I immediately began to tell my story and felt so at ease that it was good to admit that I was in trouble and I needed someone to listen to me and help me.

I feel that I was one of the lucky one's as Julia answered my call and put plans in place to help me ease my financial situation.

I pay my creditors each month our agreed sum and I feel at ease. My only wish is that I had the courage to speak to Vincent Bond much much earlier. My life is worth living now!!!!
