We have just had our IVA agreed which is a big relief. Our debts got out of control due to the fact that I have had cancer and my husband who is self-employed and due to the economic climate work has been bad. Keith gave us good advice on what would be the right solution for us and the right way forward. Keith was always available to talk to and always returned phone calls. I would say to anyone in this position is to do something sooner rather than later as we tried so hard to control our debts but we just couldnt. Excellent service and customer care all the way round. We were deeply suspicious of the whole iva thing - and pretty nervous about entering into talks (and a bit embarassed). We called a couple of companies who just seemed interested in selling something and rush us - but Vincent Bond were very different. Keith took time to listen, to advise us on options, to give us time to think about it. We are SO glad we pursued things. Our IVA has been accepted and we will be debt free in 5 yrs. I cannot praise, thank or recommend Keith highly enough. I found myself in a situation which was all my own doing by not controlling my finances. I was ashamed to tell even my partner how bad things had got and so I didn't. Keith gave me very clear, accurate and jargon free advice. I have been more thasn pleased with the support, yes suport that I receved from Keith. There must be nay people out there who, through no fault of their own find themselves in a situation where they feel they are unable to handle the level of debt that they are encumbered with. People who have a fear of approaching someone to make an effort to resolve those problems. No one ideally wishes to run away from their debts. Many like myself feel that they have obligations. Unfortunately this through various circumstances we are unable to do. With help from Keith I lost that feeling of failing. With his help I was able to unerstanf that sometimes; yes sometimes we need to take a step back and review the situation. No one enters into debt thinking that they will not be able to repay these loans but sometimes we receive wrong advice and need help. I have found Keith to be most accesible in discussing and finally with his help resolving my problems. No I did not go bankrupt. I took an honest route to repay the maximum I could to my creditors but also enabling myself to survive where I am sure there are some who have done and may in the future, go under.
