Sarita completed a Sociology degree in Canterbury then entered the retail industry in the customer services department. As a member of the Customer Care Team at Vincent Bond, she deals with both clients and their creditors on a daily basis, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. Being available for clients and being able to reassure them has helped build good relationships whilst removing the hassle from creditors and collection agencies.

Personal Statement:

I had no idea how easy it was to get credit and the effect that extreme debt can have on people’s lives, whether it is relationship breakdown, stress or sometimes even worse. Graduate Employment is also a major problem at the moment especially with students leaving education with so much debt. The key thing to do is stop borrowing, however small the amounts, and recognise that there is a problem. Then find a payment plan that is realistic for you. Look for the warning signs, for example running out of money early in the month? The sooner it is dealt with the better.
