We have just had our IVA agreed which is a big relief. Our debts got out of control due to the fact that I have had cancer and my husband who is self-employed and due to the economic climate work has been bad. Keith gave us good advice on what would be the right solution for us and the right way forward. Keith was always available to talk to and always returned phone calls. I would say to anyone in this position is to do something sooner rather than later as we tried so hard to control our debts but we just couldnt. Excellent service and customer care all the way round. We were deeply suspicious of the whole iva thing - and pretty nervous about entering into talks (and a bit embarassed). We called a couple of companies who just seemed interested in selling something and rush us - but Vincent Bond were very different. Keith took time to listen, to advise us on options, to give us time to think about it. We are SO glad we pursued things. Our IVA has been accepted and we will be debt free in 5 yrs. Just amazing - and thank you so much for all your help and support Keith and your ace team.

If you did not clean your house before inviting friends round they would notice. If you worked all day on it, to get it sparkling, they probably wouldn't. One of the best compliments for any work done is that one did what was expected with the minimum fuss. In this negative time of trauma and sense of failure you just want things to go away. Our only regret is we wish we had made contact with Keith about 2 years ago when we knew things were going financially haywire. I would like to say that since my IVA was accepted back on the 1st September 2009, I feel that my life is totally back on track. I all started on a bank holiday and I rang Vincent Bond and was startled that Julia was working and answerin calls. I immediately began to tell my story and felt so at ease that it was good to admit that I was in trouble and I needed someone to listen to me and help me.
I feel that I was one of the lucky one's as Julia answered my call and put plans in place to help me ease my financial situation.
I pay my creditors each month our agreed sum and I feel at ease. My only wish is that I had the courage to speak to Vincent Bond much much earlier. My life is worth living now!!!!
