I was really scared about calling and embarrassed. However, Julia was warm and friendly and very understanding. It made it a pleasant experience. I do not like speaking about my problems and was so nervous but a friend told me about Indra and how she helped them and because I have difficulty getting out of the house I rang her and she was so nice and has helped sort everything out for me. Karrie has been superb so far in assisting us with a DMP. We're not quite there yet in getting this in place, but all the signs are good. Karrie's prompt and efficient manner has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend Vincent Bond if you are thinking of going down this road. It can be daunting but Vincent Bond are true professionals and know what they are doing. Keith and his team did a marvelous job of assisting on the road to my IVA approval. It got passed today and without Keith making the first contact with me, my finances would still be in the terrible state they were.
If anyone is not sleeping at night due to worry financially, get in contact with Vincent Bond and they will assist in getting you through the IVA process. Keith was available 24/7 if I needed to speak to him about any concerns, he made the initial step very smooth and dignified.

There is nothing you can improve - you were so kind and non judgemental and for the first time I will be able to get a good nights sleep. I was so frightened of speaking to anybody about my debt situation but what you advised me today makes so much sense and I no longer feel trapped by my debt situation.
