We have just had our IVA agreed which is a big relief. Our debts got out of control due to the fact that I have had cancer and my husband who is self-employed and due to the economic climate work has been bad. Keith gave us good advice on what would be the right solution for us and the right way forward. Keith was always available to talk to and always returned phone calls. I would say to anyone in this position is to do something sooner rather than later as we tried so hard to control our debts but we just couldnt. Excellent service and customer care all the way round. We called a couple of companies who just seemed interested in selling something and rush us - but Vincent Bond were very different. I would like to say that since my IVA was accepted back on the 1st September 2009, I feel that my life is totally back on track. I all started on a bank holiday and I rang Vincent Bond and was startled that Julia was working and answerin calls.
