It's such an embarrasing subject and being so young and in debt I wondered what would they think but all the advisors (Leigh) were warm and friendly and automatically felt relaxed when I was speaking with them. The reassurance I got that they were dealing with the problem helps me sleep at night.
With regular updates keeping you informed helps.
